Technical Service Engineer
1. Location : Troy, Michigan
2. Title : Technical Service Engineer
3. Total Compensation : Competitive + Spot Bonus + End-year Incentive (5% ~ 15% of base salary, Depends on sales volume)
* Preferred work experience of maker, petrochemicals distributor or trader (Automotive OEM Provider, Local compounder, distributor)

Visit customers and introduce products to customers
Solution Partner Activity
: Solving customer pain-points or supporting for product development, Follow-up the
customer test status
Spec-in development for customers
: By understanding new materials and analyzing the market information, you can decide the feasibility of their commercialization to perform Spec-in development for customers
Take care of Complaint & Claim
: Investigate and find the solution on the quality issues
Technical support for customers
: Provide processing condition guides - injection, extrusion, paint, metal plating etc.)
Based on the theoretical knowledge of injection molding technologies, extrusion
processing technologies, paint and metal plating, you can analyze and solve the
problem for customers.
Market research for drawing up the new projects
: Draw up the new project through market research and material investigation.
To produce technical report
: To explain on products introduction and analysis data
Seminar and training for customers
: Visit customers to have invitational seminars and trainings for our customers)
Products recommendation
: Select and recommend our products on the customer’s requirement.)
Planning products properties tests and organizing internal or external test laboratory Requirement: (ABS)
Bachelor or advanced degrees in polymer relevant fields such as Chemical engineering, polymer engineering, chemicals etc.
More than five years of experience in material development and market development at a plastic(ABS etc.) manufacturer(polymerisation or compounding).
(Those who have work experience of technical service at plastic compounder) (Those who have work experience of plastic analysis)
More than five years experience of material development or approval as engineer or technical manager at OEM or Tier 1 of home appliance, construction or automotives.
Those who have more than 3 years work experience of development with OEM at an Automotive suppliers(Tier).
More than five years experience of injection or processing of thermoplastics
Those who have any work experience of plastic post processing(paint, metal plating
etc.)
Those who can carry out customer development acitivites by yourself.
