Well-being Wednesdays - Join us starting September 2 and every Wednesday at 4:00
p.m during the fall semester. Location is 233B HUB. These interactive
activities are facilitated by HealthWorks students. This week you will explore
Calm: calm the mind, change the World by Michael Acton Smith. You can attend
in-person or virtually. Masking and physical distancing will be enforced
