I am currently renting a 2b/2b apartment in Park Crest Terrace, State College. I am looking for a female roommate to share the apartment, starting in July, 2020.

I am currently getting my Ph.D. I spend a lot of time working in the office. I am easy-going, quiet and like to keep the apartment clean. I don't like parties in the apartment, and I am allergic to pets.

I am looking for a female roommate who is also doing her graduate studies, quiet, easy-going and likes to keep things clean.

You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Furnitures are included. Utilities (Gas+Electricity) are not included in the rent.
